INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note, however, that the terms of delivery to international locations are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). You will be solely responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by local authorities in your location.

Any international order place from India however will attract shipping charges as the prices for our products may vary based on the destination country. We strive to provide the best shipping rates possible to our valued customers. Are there hidden fees?

Prices listed are final and include all applicable taxes for India. 

When will my purchase be delivered?


All orders should be shipped out within 48 hours of business except MADE to ORDER products such as handwoven rugs.

Depending on the goods, the expected delivery date may range from the same day to a maximum of 30 business days after the order is placed. On the product detail page, you can view the estimated delivery time.

Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of the company.

How do I cancel my order?


Call us at +91 8655719100 or send us an email at connect@indigenite.com to cancel your order. Cancellations of orders are accepted upto 24 hour after an order is placed.

Following the cancellation of the order, the refund will be processed and should post to your account using the original payment method within 48 business hours.
